  • 16 years of formal education or more than a level of university graduate                            
  • Clear and feasible research proposal
  • Good academic standing
  • Good health condition
  • Born on or after April 2, 1987

  3. Field of Study and Research Plan 
  4. Academic Transcript for All Year of the University Attended
  5. Certification of Graduation of the University Attended 
  6. Recommendation Letter from the President/Dean or the Academic Advisor at the Current or Last University Attended
  7. Medical Certificate
  8. Abstract of Theses (Submit if applicant has written theses)
  9. Certificate of Language Proficiency (Only in case the applicant has documents attesting to competency in Japanese or English)
  10. Recommendation Letter from the Present Employer (If applicant is currently employed)

  • Born on or after April 2, 1997

  3. Graduation Certificate (ໃບປະກາດຈົບມັດທະຍົມຕອນປາຍ ຫຼື ໃບຢັ້ງຢືນນັກຮຽນສຳລັບນັກຮຽນທີ່ຢູ່ ມ7 ເປັນພາສາອັງກິດ ຫຼື ພາສາລາວກໍ່ໄດ້）
  4. Academic Transcript for the Latest School Year  (ໃບຄະແນນຂອງປີທີ່ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮຽນຫຼ້າສຸດເປັນພາສາອັງກິດ ຫຼື ພາສາລາວກໍ່ໄດ້)
  5. Essay in PDF, Essay in Excel(ບົດຄວາມ)

Acceptance of Application

The following documents must be emailed to the Embassy (embassy@vt.mofa.go.jp) by Friday 4 June 2021, 16:00.
