Application for Teacher Training Program 2026

The Teacher Training Program is a scholarship offered to international teachers who wish to conduct research on school education at designated Japanese universities as Teacher Training Students under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program.

1. Application Form 2026	1 Original 1 Copy
2. Placement Preference Application Form (Refer to Course Guide)	1 Original
3. Academic transcript for all academic year of university attended	1 Original 1 Copy
4.  Certification of graduation or degree certificate of the university attended	1 Original 1 Copy
5. Certificate of Employment	1 Original 1 Copy
6. Recommendation Letter from the Present Employer	1 Original 1 Copy
7. Medical Certification (※Can be submitted later after passing interview)	1 Original 1 Copy
8. Copy of Certificate of Language Proficiency (※If Applicable)	2 Copies

Mid February 2026	Written Examination and Interview
Mid March 2026	Interview Result Annoucement
July~August 2026	Final Result Annoucement
September~October 2026	Departure to Japan

The written examination will consist of Japanese and English subjects. All applicants are required to take both subjects.
Only applicants who pass the written examination will be invited to the interview.
